Yellow Catuai harvest from Mt. Lang Biang, avg 1,800 masl is the rare varietal n very limited production by K'ho tribal farmers. Coffee cherries is hand-picked at peak of ripeness and processed by natural anaerobics method. The Catuai tastes fruity n citrus at light roast while it is towards chocolate n caramel at medium roast.
